Vinay is a qualified Chartered Accountant, fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is having more than 18 years of experience in Indian Taxation advisory and regulatory matters.
Vinay is Founder of the Firm, having knowledge & proficiency in the field of Audit, taxation, and consulting services. His area of specialization includes Litigation support services, Special Valuation Branch (SVB)| Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) | Raid Matters | Assessment | Appellate Authority cases etc. He is considered as a GST enthusiast having good experience in Indirect Taxes (IDT). At the inception of GST he had contributed in implementation of GST across various sectors.
He is also associated in the areas of compliance and regulatory matter, formulation of agreements, setting – up of units in Software Technology Park of India, Advisory on Foreign Trade Policy matters, Special Economic Zones (SEZ).
He is member of Indirect Tax committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India (ICAI). He is Dynamic, result oriented, thorough leader and action pro.
Vinay is passionate about educating and training various aspirants who are perusing for Chartered Accountant as their profession. He believes in spreading professional knowledge among the youth.
Before establishment of Taxpert Professionals, he worked at varied positions with globally well known reputed consulting firms such as Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP, Grant Thornton, Law firm like Jyoti Sagar and Associates.
His past experiences in business / transaction restructuring, Tax Due Diligence reviews related to Service Tax, Customs, and Central Excise and other Indirect Taxes guide by overseeing spectrum of Complex transactions.
