Nidhi Agarwal is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 15 years of experience with exposure in working with National and International clients. She has also cleared the Registered Valuer examination conducted by IBBI.
She is heading the Valuation Practice at Taxpert Professionals and skilled in handling all types of Valuation in Finance along with handling all the compliance in Finance & Taxation.
Rendering services in Valuation and Regulatory Compliances, she has overseen and played a crucial role in the execution of lot of highly complex Valuations from intangible assets to valuation of Startups.
Having work experience of 15 + years in the field of Audit & Assurance I Financial Planning and analysis I Consultancy on setting up various processes for P2P I Also designed & restructured various P2P,O2C and R2R process for multinational company. A key member for setting up a central finance function for Tata steel (Kolkata).
She has worked with firms like PWC, Genpact, Indus Towers, TCS, OLA and UDAAN in her previous assignments.
