Bhavya Savla is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University.
He is associated with the firm’s Indirect Taxation division. He has experience in the areas of Auditing, Accounting, Indirect Taxation Advisory and Management Consultancy Services. He has been handling various assignments such as GST Audits, GST Refunds, GST Compliance, GST Opinions, GST Transaction Advisory, Special Valuation Branch related matters under Customs, review of overall accounting and compliance, etc.
He understands that GST Law is evolving day by day and spirit of the law is more important than mere words. He is involved in interpretation of the law and providing opinion on various aspects. He is also involved in litigation matters and tries to ensure that the justice is served to the assessed.
He has experience in handling clients in various sector including FMCG (E-Commerce) sector, Pharma sector, information technology sector, etc.
He has been also engaged in Statutory Compliance and Audit under erstwhile Law of Service Tax and VAT.
He believes in giving back to society and has participated in various Social Service activities. He likes to play keyboard in his idle time.
