CA Vinay Bhushan | founder
CA Vinay Bhushan is founder director of Taxpert Professionals. Vinay is indirect tax partner with Taxpert Professionals with more than 19 years of experience in indirect taxation in advisory and regulatory matters. Before founding Taxpert Professionals he has worked at varied positions at Deloitte, grant Thornton and Jyoti Sagar and Associates
He has vast experience in business/transaction restructuring, tax due diligence reviews relating to ser- vice tax, customs, and central excise and other indirect taxes. He has been associated in the areas of compliance and regulatory matters, formulation of agreements, setting-up of units in software technology park of India, advisory on foreign trade policy matters, special economic zones (SEZ).
He is member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) and Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI). He is actively involved in the activities of both the institute and is faculty in various seminars organized by the institute. He is an esteemed member of the indirect tax committee of the WIRC of the institute of chartered accountants of India.
CA Ankit Shah | Manager
A Ankit Shah is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of professional experience in direct and indirect taxation, GST advisory, and regulatory compliance. His expertise includes GST implementation and transition, audits, assessments, and litigation support, along with handling income tax assessments, tax audits, and statutory audits.
He has extensive experience in representing clients before tax authorities, managing departmental proceedings, and advising on complex regulatory issues. CA Ankit adopts a client-focused and solution-oriented approach, combining technical depth with commercial understanding. Known for his attention to detail, structured execution, and strong professional ethics, he delivers reliable and value-driven outcomes across diverse engagements.
He actively works with businesses across multiple sectors, assisting them in strengthening compliance frameworks and mitigating tax risks. His ability to interpret evolving tax laws and translate them into actionable guidance helps clients make informed decisions. CA Sudha Bhushan | Co-founder
CA Sudha G. Bhushan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a company secretary with more than a decade of experience in the field of Audit & Assurance with expertise in Foreign Exchange Management Act | International Transaction Advisory | International Business Structuring & Regulatory Affairs. Her backdrop experience in international firms like Penguin Books, Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP, ROEDL and Partner, CRH India Private Limited has shown up a new direction of handling business transactions from IPO to FDI.
She is an ardent speaker and has delivered full day seminar at forums like VC circle. Her articles are regularly published in the journals. Sudha has extensive experience of handling international transactions.
She has been advising corporate as well as government authorities on the effectiveness of foreign exchange policy and is instrumental in executing lot of complex transactions She is on board of directors of quite a few of companies as independent director. She has authored several books. Sudha is member of member of international tax committee of WIRC, ICAI. Member of women empowerment committee of ICAI.
CA Vishvjeet Nagda | Manager
CA Vishvjeet is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has also completed Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). He is associated with Taxpert Professionals as Assistant Manager in Taxation and Regulatory Services division. Over his professional practice of more than 4 years, he has been successful in advising and representing clients on Tax Adjudication and Appellate Forums and handling the issues involving Direct & Indirect Tax perspective.
His areas of expertise include Direct Taxation; Litigation and Adjudication pertaining to Income Tax and Indirect Taxes (Service Tax| GST). He has handled complex cases involving Valuation of Business and Share Valuation and handled profiles of Domestic clients across various industries and sectors and has equipped them in resolving various Direct Tax issues.
Prior to joining Taxpert Professionals, he has worked with Om Prakash S. Chaplot & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as an Executive Partner and has successfully handled complex Taxation matters.
CA Shikha Rustagi | Manager
CA Shikha Rustagi is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India with more than 15 years of experience with exposure to domestic and international clients. She is heading the valuation practice at Taxpert professionals and skilled in handling all types of valuation in finance along with handling all the compliance in finance & taxation.
Rendering services in valuation and regulatory compliances, she has overseen and played a crucial role in the execution of lot of highly complex valuations from intangible assets to valuation of startups.
Having work experience of 15 + years in the field. She is also proficient in handling the financials of domestic and international clients, finalization of accounts, structuring of transactions, tax planning for individual and corporates.
She believes in perfection through perseverance. She has an experience of handling various clients & customers with long-term relationship and provided services to the best satisfaction of them
CS Shubh Shah | Manager
Shubh Shah is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has also completed Bachelor of Laws (LLB). He is associated with Taxpert Professionals as Manager in Corporate Law and Secretarial Services.
He is highly skilled and dedicated team member who brings a wealth of expertise as a qualified Company Secretary. With a sharp eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of corporate governance and compliance, He plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning Legal integrity. He also has experience in handling clients with respect to compliances of various companies, LLP’s and has been actively involved in filing of various E-Forms with Ministry of Corporate Affairs.He also has experience in handling FEMA Compliances and reportings with AD Banks for FDI, ODI, ESOPs, OPI.

She handles regulatory filings, statutory compliance, and client-specific government assignments with precision and a strong understanding of legal frameworks.
