As Founder Director of Taxpert Professionals, he advises promoters, business leaders and organisations on strategic tax and regulatory issues, with a focus on practical, commercially relevant solutions.

His expertise spans GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, SEZs, tax due diligence, transaction restructuring and regulatory advisory, with experience in complex domestic and cross-border business environments. His practice also extends to emerging areas including Global Capability Centres (GCCs), cross-border business structures, international trade and evolving regulatory frameworks, helping organisations navigate the intersection of tax, trade and business strategy.

Before founding Taxpert Professionals, Vinay held professional positions with Deloitte, Grant Thornton and Jyoti Sagar & Associates, gaining extensive experience across taxation, regulatory and business advisory.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
