She heads the Valuation Practice at Taxpert Professionals, bringing extensive expertise in handling diverse and complex valuation assignments, including business valuations, startup valuations, intangible asset valuations, and transaction-related valuations. She has played a pivotal role in executing complex valuation engagements, delivering well-researched, accurate, and commercially relevant solutions tailored to clients’ business requirements.She also possesses extensive expertise in Audit & Assurance, including statutory audits, financial statement audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews. Her proficiency in assessing financial reporting processes, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements enables her to deliver reliable audit and assurance services that strengthen financial transparency and corporate governance.

She is also certified in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), with a strong understanding of financial reporting frameworks, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Her knowledge of Ind AS complements her expertise in financial statement preparation, financial analysis, accounting advisory, and the application of accounting standards to complex business transactions.

In addition to her valuation and assurance expertise, she possesses substantial experience in financial reporting, finalisation of accounts, transaction structuring, direct and indirect taxation, and regulatory compliances.
