Amit Verma

Amit Verma is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi and working as a Practicing Company Secretary in Delhi NCR for more than 22 years. He has been awarded Gold Medal in B.Com. He is also a law graduate. Also, he is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) now known as The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) of London, UK.
